Board Position: Economic Development Authority

The City is looking for an individual with a tie to the business community or resident to fill an at-large vacancy on the EDA. The EDA is a group of five members: two members of City Council and three at-large members appointed by the Council.   

The EDA's mission is to facilitate responsible economic growth and redevelopment that contributes significantly to Columbus' taxbase with a goal of maintaining an affordable rural lifestyle for our residents. Meetings are held once each quarter, usually on the second Wednesday of the first month of each quarter, starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
