Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Columbus Planning Commission on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard. The hearing will be conducted in person and by Interactive Technology at the Columbus City Hall located at 16319 Kettle River Blvd., Columbus, Minnesota, to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to Roseville Auto and Marine for the address of 9541 152nd Ave NE. The proposed permit application would allow this address to operate an automotive and marine repair facility, including outdoor boat storage. A full copy of the proposed plan is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or by request. Written comments may be submitted to the City prior to the hearing. The hearing shall continue until all evidence and testimony has been received.
