Columbus City Council - Special Meeting July 2, 2026 4:30 pm

Notice is hereby given that the Columbus City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 4:30 pm at Columbus City Hall, 16319 Kettle River Boulevard, Columbus, Minnesota.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider and take action on the following:

• Authorization approving resolutions for the sale of City-owned properties located in the Northeast and Northwest Quadrants of the intersection of Highway 97 and Interstate 35 to Steven R. Saunders and Patricia M. Saunders.

• Authorization for the Mayor and City Administrator to execute all documents necessary to complete the property sales.
